1. How can I change or cancel my order on joliquecouture.com after it has been submitted?
- Customers are required to submit an email to us with name, order number and a brief description of item(s) at info@joliquecouture.com if there is a need for change/cancellation within 30 minutes after placing an order. We respond to all inquiries promptly within 24 hrs.
2. How long does it take for an order to be fulfilled?
- An order is usually fulfilled within a 30 minute window frame if not right away.
3. How long does it take for an order to be shipped?.
- For our Jolique Couture fashion line, shipping will take up to 3-7 business days or sooner. Jewelry will take 5-10 business days.

4. What are the shipping costs and methods?
- Standard shipping is $6.95 on all products.
- Free shipping within the US on orders $75+.
5. How can i track my order?
- Upon submitting an order, a customer will receive an email or text confirmation with tracking number. You can follow the instructions in the email/text to track your order or you can enter your tracking number at usps.com.
