환불 정책

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. (This EXCLUDES products with no refund information written in the products description, undergarments. socks & all intimate apparel.)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase to include in your email request.

  • (All intimate apparel, undergarments, socks or products with non-refundable information in the descriptions are NOT eligible for returns.)

To start a return, you can contact us at info@joliquecouture.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or reviewed will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your items upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Send a detailed description with your order number to info@joliquecouture.com.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to submit a request via email/chat, await instructions and return the item once approved by authorized Jolique Couture staff. Making a separate purchase for the new item may be required.  Contact us via email at info@jolique.com for more information on this process.


Refunds
We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it can take 7 - 14 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
