We are Jolique Couture...a small business owned and operated by two motivated, engaging and driven black women, Portia & Theoca. We've bonded over our genuine friendship and love for clothing that are unique, stylish and allows the wearer to stand out in any crowd with confidence and stride.
Theoca is a mom, MS (Multiple Sclerosis) fighter and CEO/CoFounder of Novelties by Design LLC, dba Jolique Couture. Despite her challenges with the disease, she is dedicated to upkeep of the company and helping customers with their experience while shopping. She wears many hats when it comes to the business and helping people in general.
Portia is a healthcare administration professional as well as the CFO / CoFounder of Novelties by Design LLC, dba Jolique Couture. She's also dedicated to the upkeep of the company and loves sharing fashion tips, offering help to all of her customers.

Our business was originally founded in 2020 as a POD company. Since then we have transformed completely and dedicated ourselves to provide the latest fashion for our customers as "Jolique Couture"...which means very beautiful clothing.
